One night, at our own cost, unannounced beyond the date. We check the things guests complain about — water pressure, the last kilometre of road, whether the view is where the photos say it is.
A full day with a real camera, in the light the property actually gets. The photographs are ours and stay ours, but you may use them anywhere you like, free, forever.
Rates, calendar and house rules agreed in writing. Usually eight to ten days from the first message to your first booking enquiry.
Settled between us on each stay that goes ahead, at a rate we agree before you list. No listing fee, no photography fee, no promoted-placement upsell — there is no promoted placement to sell.
A full shoot, yours to use on your own site, on Instagram, on a printed board at the gate. We don't gate the images behind staying listed.
Thirty days' notice, no exit fee. We only ask that you honour the stays already agreed with guests.
